1. Agreement to Terms

By using FlexWork South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use FlexWork. Employers and recruiters must have authority to represent their organization.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to share your login details or allow others to access your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use FlexWork for lawful purposes, including job searching or hiring.
No posting of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
No discrimination, harassment, or abusive content.
No uploading of viruses, malware, or harmful files. (All uploaded documents are scanned.)

5. Employer & Job Posting Terms

All jobs must be legitimate and accurately described.
Employers must comply with local and international labor laws.
Job posts are reviewed and may be rejected at our discretion.
Payment for premium listings is non-refundable once published.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FlexWork (including branding, text, code, and design) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content, but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may close your account at any time in your settings or by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

FlexWork is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee employment, job matches, or uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for the conduct of users, employers, or third parties.
All hiring decisions are made solely by employers and job seekers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexWork and its owners are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post updates and, if significant, notify you by email or site notification.
