KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Communications Technology, Telecommunications, or related field

A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in engineering, systems development, or program/project management roles within aerospace, space, or defense industries.

Experience managing cross-functional engineering and operations teams in complex technical programs.

Basic understanding of RF communications, satellite communications, or wireless communication systems.

Ability to set up and operate technical equipment used in communications demonstrations or testing environments.

Familiarity with antennas, ground station equipment, or network connectivity systems preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and customer-facing personnel.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken).

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of market analytics and technology planning and commercialization.

Experience with the aerospace telecommunications industry.

Experience with startups.
